Mr. Michael Springs is the director of the M-Training Center. His educational career has spanned over twenty years, with most of his efforts directed toward underserved youth. Mr. Springs has a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.)
in English from the University of Michigan; he has his Master of Arts degree (M.A.T.) in Teaching from Wayne State University; he has his Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership from Wayne State University, and he is currently working on his Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed. D.) from the University of Michigan-Flint. has been
a champion for education in underserved youth.
Carol Cinnamond is the Director of Human Resources for MHT Housing, Inc. Her educational career includes an undergraduate degree in Business Administration as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resources. Carol spent 35 years with the Federal Government in Human Resources supporting current employees and creating opportunities for future employees. She brought those skills to
MHT Housing Inc. to provide training, access to jobs, full benefits
and a career via our M-Training Center. Working alongside the
M-Training Center team, she ensures everyone is given a chance to work with a team of experts, learn new skills, and the opportunity to succeed in a new career!
For over 30 years, Darnell James has supported Continental Management and MHT Housing, Inc. Mr. James began his career in 1991 as a ground’s person, however he quickly acquired the skills to be an asset to the organization as a Maintenance Technician where soon after he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. Mr. James was so successful training and mentoring newly hired maintenance employees, he was transferred to Tech Services, using his expertise to assist in various projects at numerous properties in the area. When the M-Training Center was created, Darnell was the perfect candidate to train and mentor students as he is an authority in all aspects of property maintenance.
